It means crafting meals and ways of eating that are delicious, enjoyable, and beautiful.
Elizabeth Peters is an accredited nutritionist who studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She offers thoughtful and insightful nutritional counselling, helping to create customized food systems for people's unique dietary needs. Her kitchen is usually home to chickpeas sprouting, tofu marinating, and a dizzying array of foods fermenting.
Eva began reading health food cookbooks in her spare time in her teens, and has had a passion for nourishing foods ever since. She's been fermenting for a decade and currently own and operates Vox Kombucha. Eva is happiest when creating delicious and nutritious foods for her loved ones and is of the belief that offering smoothies to people is one of the purest forms of love.
